jaggery peanut energyballs are good for health as it increases hb in your blood. it has awesome taset too.

lets start making it.

  1. Ingredients-Peanuts 1cup and jaggery 1/3 cup.
  2. procedure-heat a pan to roast peanuts and grind them with jaggery.

at the end make balls of this crushed peanuts and jaggery to the fine level.

Tips-

make sure all the peanuts are of good quality and jaggery too.

grinding them to the finest particals will be very helpful in binding the balls.
